For one week, the historic Hearst Castle becomes a private luxury retreat exclusively for our guests featuring daily programming, personal concierge service, and full access to the grounds.

You’ll be assigned a custom guest cottage, villa, or bungalow based on your RSVP. Expect thoughtful interiors, bespoke amenities, and a dedicated guest manager throughout your stay.

Garden dinners, legacy toasts, coastal walks, bonfires, terrace concerts, and cinematic ceremony moments—each day unfolds with intention and artistry.

All travel to and from the estate is coordinated. From private flights to coastal shuttles, your journey will be as seamless as your stay. A dedicated app will guide your week.

As a guest of Zuri & Julian, you’ll have access to a concierge team throughout your stay on the Hearst Castle grounds.. We’ve designed an experience for every guest’s pace.

Perched high above the Pacific coastline, Hearst Castle becomes more than a landmark this week. For seven days, the estate transforms into a private sanctuary of love, history, and modern storytelling.
Originally built as a retreat for artists, dignitaries, and visionaries, the castle’s legacy continues through curated experiences across its terraces, gardens, and halls. From candlelit dinners in the Refectory to moonlit walks past the Neptune Pool, each corner has been thoughtfully reimagined to hold space for connection, beauty, and memory.
This isn’t just a venue. For one week, it’s home.
Over the course of seven days, the historic Hearst Castle becomes more than a setting, it becomes yours.
Reserved entirely for Zuri & Julian’s celebration, the estate has been transformed into a private, living resort. Expect mornings framed by coastal light, days marked by thoughtful experiences, and evenings that echo with intimacy, beauty, and story. From your villa to the Roman Pool, every detail has been curated to welcome you into legacy and leave you with something lasting.
As a guest of the ceremony and reception, you’ll be part of an extraordinary moment in a breathtaking setting. We insist you stay in our guest hotel for smooth coordinated arrivals, warm hosting, and seamless transitions between spaces, your experience will feel both elegant and effortless.

Private vehicles will be sent for all guests confirmed to stay on the estate for the full week.

Guests based in Los Angeles will be picked up by private car or SUV and transported directly to Hearst Castle.
Pickups will be scheduled individually and confirmed by your personal liaison the week prior.

Guests arriving to LAX will be privately transferred to a coordinated charter flight into Hearst Castle Private Airfield (ZJA).

All connecting itineraries, luggage handling, and transfer coordination will be managed through Altair Estates Aviation.
Guests will be met at LAX by a designated liaison and escorted to their departure lounge.

Guests attending only the wedding are strongly encouraged to plan for an overnight stay in our guest hotel.

Shuttles will depart from the designated points in San Fran and Los Angeles arrive at the guest hotel.
Round-trip shuttle service will be provided to Hearst Castle on Saturday afternoon and night (June 28) and again on Sunday morning (June 29).
Return trips on Sunday will be staggered for flexibility.
