Friday: The eve
Friday is designed as a full exhale.
The day deliberately slows the tempo, not out of formality, but necessity. After four days of activity and anticipation, this is a chance for the couple to be held by their closest people in separate, nourishing ways.
No obligations, no announcements. Just rest, ritual, and reflection. The final hours before ceremony are treated with care, privacy, and deep presence.
Guest Experience:
There were no official events. Guests were encouraged to:
• Rest, sleep in, or request breakfast via in-room butler carts
• Walk the grounds quietly, return to spa services, or remain in their suites
• Enjoy a light seasonal brunch on the West Lawn from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Receive butler carts throughout the afternoon with cold towels, matcha, cucumber water, and custom linen fans
• Submit personal notes to the couple until 3:00 PM via Camille’s team
• Surrender mobile devices at noon as part of the full press and digital blackout
Guests not invited to the evening dinner were asked to take this day as a moment of personal reflection and grounding. No expectation, just grace.

the library hour
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Estate Library
Julian gathered his brothers, cousins, and oldest friends in the original reading room. The tone was half confessional, half cigar-lounge — quiet music, dark wood, and thick paper.
Highlights included:
– The First Toast: anonymous one-liners guests would never say at the actual ceremony
– The Groom’s Table Notebook: filled with quotes, sketches, bad advice, and roast notes
– Julian’s Stories: brief tributes (and jokes) for each guest — part memory, part thanks
At the close, guests received a matte black box containing:
– A custom Rolex Oyster Perpetual, engraved with their full name
– Julian’s personal inscription: “Keep Time, Not Score”
– A handwritten card tucked into the lid
They were then offered a second timepiece of their choosing post-wedding — a more expressive silhouette arranged via private jeweler through Altair Estates.
