The goal is to gently transition guests out of their external worlds and into the intentional rhythm of the week.
There are no official commitments, no press, no announcements. It’s the soft open to a week of luxury; quiet expressed throuh details, not spectacle.

Quietly present, the couple made an unannounced appearance at the Roman Pool, choosing presence over performance. Much of the day was spent in planning review; calibrating the week with Camille and finalizing details in private.

• Final walk-throughs of ceremony and dinner spaces
• Room assignments, fragrance testing, and welcome box placement
• Light styling of the Roman Pool began by midday
• Sunset lighting and scent diffusion across common areas

Guests arrived via private charter, car, and shuttle coordinated by Altair Estates , with seamless transfer to their estate lodging.

A relaxed evening gathering held poolside. Champagne is poured upon arrival, with jazz floating in the background. Lighting is warm and low. No structured seating or programming — guests are free to drift, reconnect, and unwind. A soft dinner menu is available, but no formal table service.
After the last glass of champagne was set down and the jazz faded into crickets, guests wandered down the garden path for something simple and sweet.
A quiet ice cream bar — understated but indulgent — offered hand-scooped flavors served in ceramic bowls and waffle cones, with toppings tucked into glass jars and pressed florals along the linen-draped counter.
